Long Cam No. 6 - Phin filter - Coffee filter

• Diameter: Approx. 6 cm.

• Volume: Smaller capacity (approx. 100-120 ml of water).

• Use: Suitable for preparing a smaller, very strong coffee (similar to a double espresso) in a smaller glass or cup.

Instructions for use: Add 3 teaspoons of ground coffee to the drip coffee filter and press the coffee lightly with the top sieve. Place the filter over a cup and pour a small amount of hot water (96-100°C) to moisten the coffee. Wait about 20 seconds, then fill the drip coffee maker with hot water and cover with the lid. Over the next 5 minutes, the water should drip through the filter strainer. Then remove the coffee filter from the cup.
Add condensed milk or sugar to your coffee according to your personal preference. You can serve Vietnamese coffee hot or add ice to serve iced coffee.
