Long Cam No. 7 - Phin filter - Coffee filter

• Diameter: Approx. 7 cm.

• Volume: Medium capacity (approx. 150–180 ml of water).

• Usage: This is the most common size for one person. It fits a standard coffee mug.

Instructions for use: Add 3-4 teaspoons of ground coffee to the drip coffee filter and press the coffee lightly with the top sieve. Place the filter over a cup and pour a small amount of hot water (96-100°C) to moisten the coffee. Wait about 20 seconds, then fill the drip coffee maker with hot water and cover with the lid. Over the next 5 minutes, the water should drip through the filter strainer. Then remove the coffee filter from the cup.
Add condensed milk or sugar to your coffee according to your personal preference. You can serve Vietnamese coffee hot or add ice to serve iced coffee.
