Extremely spicy noodle soup with chicken flavor
Ingredients:
Noodle:
- Wheat flour , modified tapioca starch.
- Palm oil, wheat gluten , salt, soybean oil.
- Sugar solution, sweetener (E420), potato starch, thickener (E412).
- Acidity regulator (E501, E500, E339, E452, E330).
- Emulsifier (E322, E452, E450), colorant (E101).
Soup Mix:
- Water, soy sauce , artificial chicken flavor powder.
- White sugar, spices (ground red pepper, ground black pepper).
- Soybean oil , onion powder, spices ( yeast extract powder .
- Curry powder), red pepper seed oil, garlic.
- Flavor and aroma enhancer (E635, E621) .
- Acidity regulator (E330), modified tapioca starch.
- Oleoresin capsicum, coloring (E160c).
Flakes:
Roasted sesame, dried seaweed.
