Wu Fu Yuan Tapioca Pearls 1kg

(alternative 4x250g)

Composition:

• Tapioca starch 42%, water, corn starch.
• Colour (sulfite ammonium caramel), thickener (E412).
• Preservative (E262), flavoring.  

Preparation instructions:

• For every 1 cup of tapioca pearls, bring 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.  
• Slowly add the tapioca to the boiling pot and stir gently.  
• Wait for the tapioca to float to the surface of the water.  
• Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.  
• Turn off the heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to soften the tapioca according to personal taste).  
• Remove the tapioca and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds.
• Remove the tapioca to a dry bowl and stir in the sugar or honey.
